Join the pack


Step One: Book Your Assessment Day
Assessment Days are available on Tuesdays or Fridays and are charged as a casual full-day visit. Book online or call us at 0423 822 577.

Before the big day, please complete your pet’s Paw Partner profile—this helps us tailor their daycare experience to suit their needs!

Step Two: First Day
Try to arrive between 7 AM – 9 AM so we can settle your pup in early.

Bring along their collar (no choker chains or harnesses, please!). If your dog eats lunch, feel free to pack their meal too.

Step Three: Follow the Fun
Download the Paw Partner app (it’s the easiest way!) to check out photos, updates, and their daily report card from our daycare team—so you’re always in the loop with the tail wags!

Step Four: Home Time
Pick up your pup and get the full rundown from their new besties! Once they get the tick of approval, you’re welcome to book half days, full days, or daycare packages.

Don’t be surprised if they snooze all night—it’s been a BIG day of fun!


  • New clients MUST complete a Paw Partner profile before scheduling their assessment visit
  • On your pets first day, please try to drop off as early as possible so we can settle them into the program
  • All pets must have vaccination and desexing records on file prior to attending
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no show will forfeit the full daycare fee
  • Pets must be wearing a collar to attend daycare- no correction collars or harnesses please
  • Big Paws Little Paws ID TAG must be worn while in your pet is attending our facility. If you remove the tag in between visits a new one will be fitted on your pets next visit
  • Day care is a tonne of fun! So beware, your pet may finish up the day a little slobbery- we do have an option to have your pet freshly washed/groomed in addition to day care
  • Please read our terms & conditions- it’s important for the safety of our staff and other day care attendees that these are abided by
